- We will pursue diligently the client's objectives to the best of our ability within
the constraints imposed by the facts and circumstances of the case. However, success
cannot be guaranteed because of the uncertainties of planning procedure and legislation.
- We undertake that we will not, until the instruction has been completed or terminated, do any work for
and on behalf of any other client if, by so doing, it would seem that the interests of
the client would be prejudiced.
