About Us
Robinson Escott Planning was established in 2000 and was originally based in small offices in Halstead near Sevenoaks in Kent.
Over the last eight years the company has steadily expanded and has relocated to new offices in Orpington, Kent. The company currently employs twelve staff and is one of the largest private planning consultancies in the south east.
The company's ethos is to ensure that all clients enjoy a first class, expert and reliable planning and development consultancy service.
The company is headed by Fred Robinson and John Escott, who combined have in excess of sixty years of professional experience both in public and private sectors. They and their staff provide a comprehensive planning and development consultancy service for both corporate and individual clients.
The consultancy undertakes all sizes and types of project, including assessments of the development potential of land and buildings, the preparation and submission of planning applications for small and large scale housing developments and commercial proposals as well as experience dealing with agricultural, recreational and educational proposals. The company is able to provide expert advice to developers, builders and landowners, ensuring that the optimum development can be achieved at any site.
